SPECIAL OFFICE HOURS

 

 

 Hocker Family Insurance will be open the following Saturdays in addition to our regular office        hours to make sure you get enrolled or re enrolled in a health insurance plan.  I recommend calling for an appointment time to avoid extended wait times.  Deadline to enroll is 12/15/15 for a 1/1/16 effective date.  Additional office hours are shown below:

2. Saturday November 14, 2015 from 8:30 to Noon
3. Saturday December 5, 2015 from 8:30 to Noon
4. Saturday December 12, 2015 from 8:30 to Noon

6. Saturday January 16, 2016 from 8:30 to Noon

2016 OPEN ENROLLMENT

Open enrollment for 2016 has begun.  Many of you know that Kentucky Health Cooperative will not offer coverage beyond December 31, 2015.  Please contact us to select your new plan design and health insurance company that best meets your needs.  We will be extending office hours to accommodate your needs.
